Here’s an easy Paleo meal you can whip up today.
This is SO easy (and super-quick).
- Scrambled eggs with mushrooms.
- Hot ham.
- Organic greens with a Roma tomato — topped with some oil + vinegar dressing. Recipe here.
While the eggs are cooking, grab some greens out of the fridge. Slice up a Roma tomato and toss on some homemade salad dressing.
Once the eggs are done, plate them up. Toss in some thinly-sliced ham and let it sizzle as you turn off the burner.
Bam! In just a few minutes you have a plate-full of goodness.
And, lest you think this is just a ‘breakfast’ option…think again.
Morning, noon, or night, this is a great food choice.
